Qantas Short Haul EA Update No 13 - AFAP Explanatory Memorandum
Yesterday Qantas released a voting pack for the proposed Qantas Airways Limited Pilots (Short Haul) Enterprise Agreement 2024 (EBA9) ("Proposed Agreement"). This signaled the commencement of the access period however we have just been informed by Qantas that due to some eligible pilots being omitted on the list to receive the voting pack that Qantas is about to recommence the access period on Monday and the ballot period will then run from Tuesday 24 September to Tuesday 1 October. Regardless of the delay in commencing the access period, the Proposed Agreement is the same.
The AFAP has produced an explanatory memorandum on the Proposed Agreement to assist members to make an informed decision regarding the offer.
A PDF copy of the AFAP's explanatory memorandum is available
