24/7 Scheduling Contact Details
The AFAP QPC is proud to announce that there have been some recent changes to our 24/7 scheduling assistance contacts and procedures.
The AFAP has employed a dedicated scheduling representative who has a wealth of experience in both airline and transportation scheduling roles. This individual is due to start in the coming months, however in the interim, we have established dedicated 24/7 scheduling phone numbers and an email address for our QF mainline pilots.
Urgent/day of ops enquiries or grievances:

Should for any reason Patrick and Simon be unable to receive the call, please follow up immediately with an SMS to both Patrick and Simon and they will action the request ASAP (within 30mins). An SMS allows them to refer it to another team member to assist for urgent requests.
Once the new dedicated scheduler begins, we will pass on the new contact details.
