Bryce has been involved in the aviation industry for over 20 years, starting out as a Black Hawk helicopter pilot and flight instructor in the Australian Army.

After leaving the Army, he flew the SouthCare rescue helicopter in Canberra for the next 11 years. He took a brief sabbatical from helicopters and flew an Air Tractor in agricultural operations for 18 months before returning to the HEMS world at the start of 2025.

Bryce lives in Canberra and is currently employed by Toll Aviation as a Training and Checking Pilot and AW139 Type Rating Instructor at their Bankstown HEMS base.
