Jai is a dedicated Welfare representative. He collaborates with other pilots to address welfare concerns and promote a supportive environment. His primary focus is on mental health and other welfare issues affecting pilots.
He realised the value and importance of the AFAP Welfare network, when he used its services during a tough time. After which, he joined the team wanting to give back to help Pilots and their Family’s. Being able to call a fellow pilot during a tough time to get guidance is an invaluable resource
Previously a Training Captain on the SF 340 Jai was a First Officer on the B737 with Rex.
He is also a AFAP Rex Pilot representative.
