Josh Sheldon is a dedicated Welfare representative, committed to supporting pilots and their families through mental health and welfare challenges. His own struggles with mental health highlighted the importance of having a strong support network, inspiring him to join the AFAP Welfare team and give back to his community.

Starting as a flight instructor in Adelaide and later flying throughout the Pilbara, Josh is now an A320 First Officer with Network Aviation. Drawing on his personal experiences, he is passionate about creating a supportive environment and ensuring his colleagues have the resources they need during tough times.
