I have worked in the industry for approximately 20 years, and by default lived in the industry for over 42 years given I come from an aviation family. I have an interest in the role of welfare representative as I wish to give back to the community that supported me. Speaking to and gaining the advice of colleagues who had gone through similar experiences to me was invaluable, and part of the whole solution in my general welfare during trying times.
