Members are invited to join us for a Safety & Technical Forum (morning session) and a Safety Incident Review (afternoon session) being held ahead of the 65th AFAP Annual Convention

AFAP Safety Incident Review (13:30 – 16:30 AEST)

The Aviation industry's Safety II principles will be explored, and we will share the AFAP Safety Occurrence Guide that has been developed in consultation with industry as a vital resource to assist members in the aftermath of accidents, incidents or performance issues.

We will also hold a safety event discussion with the crew, airline flight operations and safety managers from a high-capacity jet operation experiencing a bird strike event after V1 at night with high terrain.
