Capt Brian Noyes
Brian Noyes is currently a captain flying the B-787 for United Airlines based out of Houston, TX USA. He has a wide range of experience across ALPA-I and is currently the Chair of the ALPA Flight Time Duty Time Committee. At United, Brian serves on the UAL MEC System Schedule Committee, FRMS Working Group, is a FAR Part 117 subject-matter expert, and the Crew Rest Oversight Committee Chair. At IFALPA, he serves as the Fatigue Management Work Group Co-Chair and as a member of the Safety Management Work Group. Most recently, he served as a member on the FAA Flight Crewmember Duty and Rest Requirements Aviation Rulemaking Committee for FAR Part 135.
