In an exciting development, Resilient Pilot is introducing the Resilience Deck, a cutting-edge training management software application specifically built for airline pilots. This innovative tool is based on Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) methodologies, providing a data-driven approach to human performance enhancement. The Resilience Deck is soon to be launched into the program for use by current and future AFAP participants.
